I could say so much but I’ll try to keep it short. If you have a child who needs any special one on one help with things pleaseeeeeee consider pal. I have a 2 year old level 3 autistic non verbal and I was terrrified of leaving my son anywhere that i wasn’t. They offer at home services which are amazing! They come to your home, assist your little one in there comfortable environment and that’s where we started. Mischaleta is my sons therapist and she does anything and everything to help my son grow and feel safe with her also me as a mother. The owner Sara is extremely educated and has so much experience in this field she operates an amazing establishment and trust me, I’ve came with questions comments and concerns and never once have they gave me any hardship and have always worked with me.

It's rather upsetting that the owner stated she has no recollection of me as a previous client after I've personally spoken to and emailed her prior to my son being enrolled here. His spot at this location was given to another child and we were informed that we'd be contacted when another spot had opened up. They chose not to hold his spot while he was on vacation which is understandable, but what's upsetting is that this was not communicated to us so that we could make changes in our schedule to accommodate this policy. Months had gone by just for me to find out they had actually been accepting children again and just chose not to inform us. Irene ignored my husband's phone calls for weeks and would not return voicemails, so I decided to personally text his therapist to see what was going on. With that being said, you may want to think twice if you want to take your child on a summer vacation prior to enrolling them here. Nonetheless, I do still intend to reach out to the owner. Maybe there's a chance she knew nothing about this.
