Ann Cassetta and Shannon were awesome. My daughter saw them multiple times for a hip injury and we were given the care she needed. Thanks to the staff at Personalized Therapy, my daughter is back to full speed and once again enjoying ballet to the fullest.

we have had many problems with them. They have been over billing and not willing to work it out very well. Ask to many questions when I need to cancel. It my personal reasons I dont need to share with you. We dont feel what we were paying for was being done after so many visits.

I've used Personalized Therapy many times over the years but this was the first time for vestibular therapy. My therapist Pamela was knowledgeable, helpful, nice, and diligently worked toward my successful treatment. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Currently looking elsewhere, my sons sessions have been cancelled more times than I can count. They are not reliable for your child's therapy.
