I have waited 5 years for my son to be seen. I received a phone call last week stating it was time to schedule an evaluation. Guess what? They will give you excuse after excuse when you call back numerous times and then put someone else in your sons spot! This is absolutely insane.

Since it won’t let me respond, I gave 1 star because not only were we on the waiting list for almost a year because our paperwork got lost (what was told to me) I asked for 2 accommodations. 1 was to do the parent intake over the phone and 2 was to have my mother attend parent training. I asked for those accommodations because I was going through active chemo treatments and trying to keep my exposure to germs down which I relayed.

When my son was diagnosed with autism, I was lost. I was told to get him into ABA therapy - something I knew nothing about. So I did my research and found a lot of options. I met with Ben and Jason at the PAC and was genuinely set at ease about the process. They took the time to answer all of my questions and help me feel comfortable with the unknown. I walked away from that meeting in April 2019 knowing this was the place for my son. Luckily they also offer OT, Speech and PT - all 3 of which my son needs along with ABA. Putting him in the PAC was the best decision I have ever made for him and my family. He has thrived in his therapies and has learned so much in his time there. I would highly suggest anyone to contact them for all the therapies they offer. Ben and Jason, along with EVERYONE they employ are just amazing and kind and understanding. They care about what they do and they want your child to succeed. I am so grateful that I have these people in my life. They have become like a family to my son and I.

My son received his therapies here for about eight months. At first it went well. Over time it started to become a habit for these people to run late in the mornings to bring him in for his appointment. Time went on and then they started to would bring him out early. More and more of each as time went by. I spoke to someone about this issue, but still the problem remained persistent. I had to drive over 35 miles one way to take my son here. If they are late to bring him in and they bring him out early, then he isnt getting full complete sessions. A waste of time and money. Also, I really cant tell that much of a difference in my son as far as the progess he supposedly made. I do not recommend this.
