Claim your listing!This company completely neglected my son by assigning him a wildly inexperienced RBT and then discontinuing services before they really ever started. AThey then sent me a very generic discontinuation of services email before blocking me from responding. My son was pushed under the rug by this company and I’m sure he won’t be the first or last child under their care that this happens to. It’s one thing to make a mistake with an assigning an RBT who isn’t a good fit for my kiddo, but it’s another to completely give up on a family with serious needs with no referral to an outside agency and to block them from all contact with you when you’ve been nothing but respectful to them. Shame on this company.
