I would not recommend using J&A. J&A does not have the best interest of your child. If they feel one parent is better than the other, despite evidence to contrary, they will collude against you, make appointment behind your back and have sessions with child and one parent but not the other.

My counselor is Macie. She is the BEST counselor I ever had. She is kind, compassionate, caring and treats her clients like family. I always feel heard, understood and she gives the best advice. 20/10 stars for counseling services 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It's been a while since I've seen Rebecca. I actually looked up her name on Google tonight because I was referring her to someone and I wanted to give them her address and phone number...that is when I came across all these negative reviews and I felt compelled to write my own.

My daughter and I showed up to see someone named Cathy and it immediately felt like we got on her nerves, no explanation as to why she needed to talk with an associate about steps to move forward in the process and not even a call back. I would not recommend this place.
