They went the extra mile to make accommodations for my child when we were going through medical challenges and also when we needed extra assistance (ie; getting child in/out of car to help grandma). They made our girl feel so special and she was so happy to see them every day!!

The level of communication was extraordinary as we were kept informed about the next step. However, there were times in the initial stage of the therapy that we were uncertain about the schedule as it changed often. We believe this was a way to ensure stability as there were training sessions for staff and absenteeism. While we have seen gradual improvements in our child, we were eager to get a tour of the therapy area that was not visible to us. This speaks to the lack of physical transparency that is important to us. However, recommended!
