I was referred to Rebound from Onpoint services . Our ABA technician Nicole has been wonderful & has helped my daughter show tremendous improvement. The staff however is unprofessional & lacks communication. There were times we waited on our technician & she never showed up. To later find out Staff never reached out to me to let me know she had the day off or was sick. Someone would eventually call or text me hours later. At one point we were going to switch up our Summer hours. Evan had messaged me about our " New Hours" without speaking with me or even asking me if those hours were okay with mine or my daughter's schedule. I received a call on Monday from Emily that my daughter's plan wasn't finished & no services could be done until that was finished. literally right before expected services. Instead of finding a solution she pretty much blamed Bridget & I quote " It's Bridgets fault she didn't finish it". Emily said it could be a couple days & would call me the next day to follow up. Today Thursday still no call. I later find out my technician Nicole has quit & still I have yet to hear anything from Rebound. Throughout my experience with Rebound I have noticed there is always new staff. Makes you wonder why people are coming & going. Today I decided to end services with Rebound & look elsewhere. If your child has Autism you understand the importance of routine. They however don't seem to care. Im sad for my daughter because she loves Nicole however at this point I don't even blame her for quitting. If you are looking for services save yourself the headache & look elsewhere.
