Horrible company would never take my child here again. Maryam doesn’t seem like a genuine person along with all the other head people. She would bring her kids to work and have one of the therapist take care of them instead of letting the therapist give my child therapy.

My son has been here only a few weeks and this is our second ABA clinic. This has been a refreshing experience as far a therapy and customer service goes. I think billing could use some training but Narlyn is a sweetheart and was very patient with all of my questions and clarifications. Sylvia (intake) Anna (BCBA), Dorothy (BCBA), and Declan's techs have all (so far) been warm and compassionate. There is a level of consideration that I have observed here, that was not observed at the previous clinic (e.g. "kids are not robots"). I find parent training to be more informative and lucid at Reliant ABA Therapy due to their quantitative illustrations of pertinent data. I find that Reliant better explains how to implement and practice these exercises at home. The pick up/drop off routine is highly organized and leaves little room for kid-on-kid incidences. I appreciate - the mock semi-classroom settings; the ability to have outside time; the daily reports; the Central Reach reports in parent training; them offering parents-night-out services and extending it to siblings as well; the open space that the kids learn in. Overall, just a more thorough and better experience with the ladies here. I feel that the staff here has more personal experience with children rather than a strictly 'by the book' experience with the kids. I appreciate the fact that Reliant ABA is an all-inclusive facility and they offer OT, ST/FT, PT, and even water therapy, all in house. That takes a lot of stress off of the parents from having to coordinate and facilitate multiple services. To conclude - I highly recommend Reliant ABA if your kid is able to be in the room with (few) other kids in a 1-on-1 mock classroom setting. I only suggest making sure you understand your insurance and billing policies to avoid the happenings in some of the other reviews. ***Review your co-pays and deductibles before committing and all should be well.

I absolutely LOVE Reliant ABA. If I could give greater than 5 stars, I would. My daughter has made such great progress since she’s started going here. Her BCBA, Naejeong Suh, always goes the extra mile so that the kiddos in my daughter’s classroom thrive. I don’t feel like my daughter is treated as a simple number here. Rather, everyone from Silvia at the front desk to my daughter’s lead therapist, Meah, and intern, Chinwe, are so thoughtful, patient, and caring when it comes to working with my daughter. My daughter loves them. I’m so appreciative of ALL the staff. Tiffany, the ABA Operations Manager, goes above and beyond when planning and scheduling fun activities, such as field trips and summer luaus, etc. for the kiddos so that they have the opportunity to enjoy these fun experiences, also. Naejeong and Lyndaja have accompanied my daughter and me to her dentist appointments to help her feel more comfortable and at ease. I’m just so appreciative. The list definitely goes on. Everyone here does such an exceptional job. The employees here are considered our family. I would encourage anyone with a child in need of ABA therapy services to attend Reliant ABA.

My daughter loves it here! Her therapist are great and they love her. I plan to keep my daughter with this company until she transitions to school. She has learned many new skills since being here even at such a young age thanks to her BCBA Esraa. She is even speaking more as she previously did not speak at all. We are very happy with the services we receive here!

My daughter has been here for almost two years now and she is doing well. Her BCBA Esraa is very thoughtful, considerate and maintains constant communication with us. She is great at holding us accountable ensuring our child progresses to her full potential. The staff is very kind! We love the therapist Marie for our child , she is great! Additionally we love the activities they expose her to including field trips, Christmas concerts and more! The billing department is great helping us through any issues we have with our insurance.
