Our counselor is absolutely amazing, and has helped us work through so many rocky roads. The company our counselor is unfortunately working for is very messy. We have had consistent billing issues from the start and they can’t seem to get them sorted out. First, the autopay we set up didn’t work and no one informed us until about 2 years into sessions when our bill had gotten to be close to $1k. Turns out the $1k wasn’t even correct and I had to fight with them to get it looked into. We had been overcharged by over $100. On top of that, several times I got invoices and emails addressed to other people (HIPAA?). Most recently I am being billed again for sessions that happened 5 months ago, and were paid for already. The only thing keeping us here is our counselor. If it weren’t for her we would have been long gone. The company itself is supposed to be helping folks with their mental health issues, but they’re just creating more for our family with the constant billing issues. Get it together yall.

From prior review below, I was contacted and did get onboarded with a good match with a virtual counselor for my family member. Make sure you’re clear with in person or virtual. Thanks, SEEK, for following through to make things right. (Prior review) If you’re seeking counseling and they don’t call or enroll you relatively quickly, move on and not waste your time. We believed we would get services and just dragged on with no responsiveness.

My son has been going for 3 years. Seek has been amazing helping change my son’s behavior and learning how to work with basic life skills. He has learned so much and he loves his therapist!

S.E.E.K Arizona had made my life easier with my son. The process to enrolling my son was very fast and smooth. I instantly was able to build a connection with the staff. I noticed a difference with my son after 1 week of attending at S.E.E.K Arizona. Alan and Shelby helps me understand what program my son is currently doing and always communicating with me about my son improvements. Most Importantly, My son always get happy when we walk into the lobby and I know my son has fun and is learning alot with S.E.E.K Arizona. If my son is happy, I’m a happy mother too.

Absolutely love S.E.E.K. Arizona on Alma School Road in Mesa! The staff is amazing - super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They’ve been awesome with the ABA therapy and support services, making a real difference in our lives. It’s great to find a place that gets the challenges and celebrates the strengths. Huge thanks to the team for everything!
