Worst facility w er 3 name changes. Still neglect and abuse residents verbally demeaning. Removing food while there eating. Not cleaning up residents who are unable after eating. Left in dirty clothes etc DO BETTER THATS THERE HOME

February 11, 2025 I just wanna say that Southern New Hampshire medical rehab center on Amherst Street in Nashua is real good. I went there when I first had my stroke and they helped me. I’m going there now again for eight weeks because I’m trying to get my right leg strengthenedand to get up and move and I kind of got lazy so they’re helping me get my strength back so I can walk better and I’ve gotta also be going there for OT for my right elbow and arm and hand to get that move because that doesn’t move. I would like to thank them for helping me again they’re doing a marvelous job. They have a lot of people working there now and you should try it if you need rehab rehabilitation because all the people that work there are working very hard. Even the secretaries are doing a great job so thank you again🙏❤️

This facility is extremely unorganized and the employees are unprofessional. The PT Amanda will schedule appts for you and not tell you and then rudely penalize you in front of other clients when you don’t show to them... also I was less than 15 mins late 2 times (mainly bc I had to bring my baby all while having extreme back pain and they are unpredictable). They lack empathy and moral integrity. Now I’m being discharged and the process of obtaining imaging will take a lot longer. The only reason why I chose this facility was for pool PT and although I liked Holly, the schedule was always messed up. I would not recommend.

I worked with physical therapist named Kari, sorry if the spellings off horrible at names, but she was great with me. She was patient, very knowledgeable and kind. I am a spartan and over the years I have been beaten up not to mention my job that very physical at time lifting heavy boxes leaving me in pain almost daily. I went to the chiropractor for years but had no results. I decided to go to physical therapy to a actual fix the problem. Kari tought me better form, showed me different exercises and built up my core. I could go on and on but I feel great now. Doing my daily 4 exercises she gave me and always being aware of my form having no more pain. I have already recommended this to other people! Five star. Thank you for giving me my life back of enjoying the outdoors and my races!!

Friendly, knowledgeable, competent, caring staff helping people rehab. I experienced consistent individual attention and all questions were answered. Treated with courtesy and respect, care was taken to ensure my comfort while beginning recovery from rotator cuff surgery. No reservations giving good recommendation.
