I was naturally overwhelmed by the thought of seeing a completely new Doctor and in another city at that. However, Dr. McKay was excellent all around and I could not be happier with my experience overall. I'm from Pittsburgh and trying to find a Neuropsychologist close to me was excruciating, along with the wait to get an appointment would have been 6+ months. I traveled to Erie and it was definitely worth it. Dr. McKay was fantastic to work with: professional, kind, and knowledgeable of course. The entire process was smooth having no complications along the way. He was concise with details from the first telephone interaction, to where I was to arrive, as well as my summary report by the end of our interaction. To say the least, I am grateful that I had the opportunity to work with Dr. McKay and highly recommend him if you are considering an evaluation.
