Spurwink Child Abuse Program

I give this program one star for the fact that it exists. The services you are told are provided and would expect are severely inaccurate. When you call the number provided you are asked how you would like your call to be directed. I had a concern about scheduling and appointments due to necessary attendance in order for my child to have a substantial evaluation done correctly. Attendance that also has legal and moral righteousness to be present. After my request for transfer was denied I was set on "hold," hung up on, and treated as an opponent to a game rather than spoken to as a human being. I was told it was none of my business when I asked who I was speaking with and what my options were for call directory. I even called a second time after being hung up on and was repeated to me by a second person. My questions remained adequate and my demeanour held manners and respect.
