(Why would a company continuously try and take down a review if it’s wasn’t true ? ) After dedicating three years to Strategic Behavioral Solutions, I find myself deeply disappointed and disillusioned with both the company's practices and its treatment of employees. Initially, I was optimistic ab...

We have had the opportunity to partner up with Strategic Behavioral in many instances and I have been very impressed with their professionalism, care and love for their community. Few of our kids friends receive services from them, and the rave about the place; how friendly it is, detail oriented...

My Son has been receiving services with SBS since 2021 and I can truly say that the staff here are amazing. His BCBA is an absolute rockstar and has been with us since day one. She truly cares about the kids and their families, even outside the center and the services they provide. We have had a ...

We had an unpaid balance with them that we were unaware of because we received no calls or mail about it. They sent it to collections with an old address on file, and the debt collection company has added over $1K in fees and $442 in interest to a balance I knew nothing about. Very upsetting that no one at Catalyst reached out to me to contact me about this. No texts or phone calls were ever made. Now we are having to hire an attorney to fight this.

They do an amazing job with my kiddo. She has started talking, asking for things, and growing so much. I can’t imagine where we would be without them. Their staff are all so great with her and they do so many things to personalize her treatment and meet her where she is at

I’ve been with Catalyst just under a year and it has been such an incredible experience. The atmosphere is positive and supportive, and it is so apparent how much everyone cares about the clients and their families. It’s amazing to see the growth and progress that happens here every day. I feel so lucky to work alongside such kind and dedicated people, and I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for ABA services.

I am a local attorney who has represented hundreds of clients and families in the court system. Many of those families place their children with special needs at Catalyst South Ogden. It is a great program with many opportunities for these young kiddos to learn. The Catalyst South Ogden staff work so hard to ensure the development of these special lives along their journey. Catalyst South Ogden has made leadership changes over the last year, which has greatly improved the environment, work community, and the lives of the staff, as well as the young people. Anyone looking for a specialized center should strongly consider Catalyst Sourh Ogden and its wonderful team.

My daughter received ABA therapy at Catalyst for over 4 years. The first several years were great, but things have drastically changed over the last year. The management is now awful! They have a tremendous amount of staff turnover and my autistic daughter, who thrives on consistency and patterns, was constantly given new staff members with little experience. Catalyst changed my daughter's case manager 5 times in the last year. We began therapy at Catalyst with the assurance that they would come to our home, which they only did for several months and then stopped doing without even informing us why. In the last year, they have cancelled therapy on us at the last second too many times to count. We asked for summer therapy sessions but they would not schedule us or even answer our requests. They cancelled our daughter's potty training sessions without advance notice over spring break and would not reschedule. They are absolutely awful at communicating with parents, responding to requests, or taking feedback. These are what they profess to be good at in helping special needs children, but they failed miserably. This review barely scratches the surface of how many times they did not live up to expectations. Our daughter, who used to love attending, recently plead with us to not go. We were so grateful for their help in years previous, but they are not the same anymore. I highly recommend you avoid using their services.
