If you look over my review history, very rarely have I ever considered giving such low reviews. I typically have the mindset of if I have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all. However, my experience with this company has been so poor, I can't avoid but sharing in the hopes that other families will think twice. The company I was receiving services from prior to ATG was Invohealthcare, and while they were not perfect (mostly billing issues) they were a great company. When ATG bought the company, I was initially excited and looking forward to positive changes, even if they had the offset of growing pains. Invo had, in fact, bought out Autism Home Support Services and the changes were great. We lost out BT's due to them low-balling one, and pulling the other into clinic based setting. As if that wasn't bad enough, the contracts they have you sign are an abomination. The wording of their policy states that even if they fail to look into a BT and that BT shoots your kid, you are signing away all ability to pursue legal action. When i brought it up initially, they said they would look into it, and then proceeded to gaslight me about it saying it was standard wording. It is not. The standard from four other companies is to try to reconcile, then if that fails arbitration, then if that fails, you are liable for their legal costs. It is not standard, and they then proceeded to call me no less than 10 times (probably more) email me six times (more in total) and also text me twice, in a less than 11 day period to force me to sign. During these messages, threats were made to stop service (even though I was still receiving services under INVO and had another three weeks after the 11 days) They then proceeded to make working conditions so bad for my BCBA that she ultimately decided to leave the company. I had worked with my BCBA for 2.5 years and she wanted nothing more than to work with them, but they were making it difficult for her to collaborate with my child's school, and medical team. Then, when my BCBA gave me her notice, they not once contacted me to let me know they were discontinuing her entire teams services. I've officially been dropped from the company for over a week and started services with a new company with no information. In face, I just received an email asking about adding speech and ot with a secondary company, showing how disregulated and unorganized this company. If you care for you children and their goals, please. i beg of you go somewhere else.

We recruited ATG to our son's therapy regimen about a year and a half ago upon referral from another autism family. Patricia was very fast in getting approval from our insurance company, getting assessments going, and a team organized. We are very happy with our line therapist, Kristen and our current BCBA Annette has really gotten programs organized and is extremely on top of things. Everyone is inciteful, listens, assists, and works well with us and even our school and outpatient therapy teams. In the billing office, Inna, has been extremely helpful to us in helping to sort through insurance/payment issues as well. It took a bit of time to see documented progress in our son but as his resistant behaviors were reduced it made way for progress we were hoping for. Thank you ATG! We are thankful to have you as part of our son's treatment team/family. LC
