I wish I could give this place 0 stars for starters my child looked up this place and high expectations that it would help with I and her relationship so I allowed her to enroll with the expectations and hope that she will get better and it will strengthen our relationship and it didn’t she rushed me to come in do paper work she was enrolled I was never given any paper work with the rules times to call or visits etc I was texting and calling never got anyone on the phone mind you this was in January she only lasted 4-5 days staff was rude giving and my child dirty looks very rude I was told I would be able to watch the staff look thru her belonging and that wasn’t true they looked thru her things put it away and when the time was time for me to pick her up the staff or residents stole her belongings when I asked for her stuff I got the Hamden police department called on me they didn’t know where her things were staff was unprofessional and rude rolling their eyes they looked bothered when I came to visit because the visiting room looked like a jail visiting room and I asked to use the bathroom they said they didn’t have the keys we were alone for almost 1 hour no staff on site but the minute the police came there’s 4 staff there my daugther was threatened for her life there from another child I didn’t get no report or a phone call about it I never received any calls regarding my child besides one call about an urgent care visit staff was bullying my child calling her names and arguing with her when I told them about it that day they said they were aware of the back and forth between my child and that staff so if you are aware of the situation why not try to fix it right away there’s roaches all over my daugther feared for her life in that place due to the lack of professionalism I decided to sign her out they signed her out with no problem no questions asked they didn’t even try to resolve the issue they dropped her like a bad habit that was Monday Martin Luther long day and I still haven’t received a call or apology from staff or higher ups regards my child stay when asked about they replacing her items I was given to phone numbers on a sticky note to call they let the kids do what ever they want they talk about the children they put on fight fest for the students allow them to fight while my child was picking up her items they was bullying her calling her saying they were glad she was leaving and staff did nothing

Infested with roaches they call in the kitchen and the day rooms the school is hell and the staff restraints are not ok I have scars from restraints only staff that were good were gabby Aaron Eric and Tatyianna Mr kyle and nyje the. Princapal Jessica Rivera has it out for every student the good supervisors are José,Emily,Austin,Cynthia,muzzum,Eric and Georgia

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO THE EDT PROGRAM (Extended Day Program). My 8 year old daughter had to go there and they were irresponsible with her, the counselors don't care they just used to call me to pick her up. One day she tried to escape and she ended up at the store all the way up the street. Another time somehow, SHE GOT SENT HOME BAREFOOTED IN THE RAIN AND THEY "LOST" her $100 Jordan's. The program supervisor at the time, Mr Leo, told me he would replace them, even sent me an email with the picture of them and said he would order them. That was in March, he stopped answering my calls and then I find out HE DONT WORK THERE NO MORE! I tried contacting the VP of the program Sheila, and left her many messages AND I JUST GET IGNORED. The final straw was when she threw a fit because they lied to her about something she came home with scratches and bruises and she said they were ALL MEAN AND TREAT ALL THE KIDS BAD!!! I couldn't even file a complaint because they are allowed to put her in hold and they filled out the paperwork so it wouldn't even matter. She didn't go back after that day. THE CRAZY THING IS SHE WAS DOING 90-100% AT SCHOOL, but she was so out of control there I had to pick her up! Make it make sense!

I got accepted but never went to the place bcs I was unvaccinated. They only accept kids that are vaccinated. Now I had a religious exemption so I should have went their but they did not take me and I would have needed to be held down for shots and needles and they didn’t force shots on me so I didn’t go . I struggle with some mh problems I don’t have any disobilities tho ) But I know a few freinds 2/3 of them either have claimed to be abused or didn’t claim to be abused but u can tell due to physical marks .. It’s hard to say weather my friends were atchully being hit or were just held and in restraints idk cus some of them were trouble makers .. But this place neglected my health care needs so basically said ‘’well we can’t treat her for her mh problems bcs she don’t got vaccines like what ?! But when I did the interview with the staff in the phone most of them seemed nice but some I was iffy abt . I also have seen ligations abt the place regarding abuse . And all I’m gonna say is if u have a kid that dosent struggle with agression don’t send them cus they can’t stand up for themselves their . Pleas I don’t like why they have no photos it keeps the place a secret u can’t see nothing their yk what yk ig?!
