We have had such a great experience with Therapy Link. Our services have been very good and our therapist is beyond kind and answers all of my questions. Being able to see the growth in my child is encouraging and we appreciate the support we get from both our therapists. I had the worst phone conversation with one of their employees who handles in-home services. Not only do they rarely respond, but when they do, they never seem to know anything and are completely unprofessional. The person I spoke with was snarky, dismissive, and made me feel unheard and misunderstood. I’ve decided to go with another provider and have made my caseworker aware of the ugly behavior I experienced. Very disappointed.
