My child has been in ABA for 2 years and we recently moved to Fredericksburg, VA from GA 5 months ago. I have seen more progress in my child in the last 5 months than I have in the last year and a half! It has been a truly amazing experience with Family Hope Solutions. The staff is all wonderful and I really feel like each RBT and supervisor cares about my child! My son looks forward to coming here everyday. I also LOVE LOVE LOVE that they use the brightwheel app to update me about how his sessions are going! The Family Hope Solutions team is amazing with their communication whether it's supply needs for my child, updating me on progress in the parent meetings, or simply just showing me the fun learning he is doing throughout the day! 10/10 recommend and I'm so happy I found this ABA center!!!

I was extremely impressed at first with this company, but later got disappointed by the lack of dismissive, disrespectful and rude behavior with BTs and supervisors. It was plenty of things that led up why I decided to remove my child but the last incident was enough. The supervisors were not only rude, but extremely confrontational, demanding and controlling with a condescending passive aggressive entitled attitude of when I can pick my child belongings up and the approach of protocols about the door…especially in front of another staff member and another parent. I saw a lot of stares towards my child from other BTs, a lot of kids, and a lot of BTs, which my son BTs were switched, BTs saying things like “can you closed the door? In an aggressive tone yelling wise,” “Atleast you get a break because it can be a lot” while with anyone and hardly anyone at the front desk, even to the point of not ever remembering a schedule meeting. If supervisors Mr. Justin and Ms. Emily were concerned about protocols and procedures it would have been badges, verification given to the parents and able to come in without carrying an iPad while assisting parents with their children. Please update your safety concerns and procedures that would benefit parents and staff that can include security and stability because this method is not it. Mr. Justin stated what he felt was best for my child and that was where he cross the line given he isn’t the parent. He not only did that, but completely continued to argue, make a joke about it, than tried to control and offered a time to pick my child belongings up. His words were “you can pick it up at 9am and can get his things through the window at the center”, then he blocked me while interacting, he also removed my access to brightwheel where I’ve ask if my son pictures will be deleted. I sent him an email and another mobile number telling him exactly how I felt. I had to catch myself because I almost came out of character but I remain professional. I don’t like drama and I do not like disrespect. I’ve been kind and loving to everyone there, and I expect the same. It wasn’t no resolution it was completely dismissed ignored and disrespect and that’s why I removed my son. Nicole is phenomenal but your staff sis is not it. I highly recommend hiring people that actually are compassionate and loving with their jobs and can be polite. I hope in the near future we all collectively would be better and to better for the sake of our kids that need us. If you want take a chance on this company but be mindful and careful as a parent. Yes we want the best for our kids but we also want the best providers that respect us to and OUR kids. It works both ways. You can’t be nasty to a parent and sweet to a child. Wish you all the warm welcome hugs and the best!

My son has been going here for almost 2 months now and he LOVES it! He hated going to his old ABA place, but he's always so excited when we get in the car to "go to school". That should tell you all you need to know -- when the kids are happy, we're happy! They very communicative and keep us up to date with activities, needs, etc. Highly recommend these awesome BCBAs and RBTs

My boys have been receiving ABA therapy here for about 6 months now and I have seen so much improvement! Not only with behaviors and communication but they ABSOLUTELY LOVE going. Definitely an amazing staff that love what they do and genuinely care about the kiddos they work with.

Family Hope Solutions has been a blessing from God for us! Our son has used their ABA services for about 3 years and the turn around we have seen with him is nothing short of amazing! They are very thorough and love collaborating with his Speech and OT therapists. They are also very involved with all of the things that are overwhelming for me, like IEP meetings and developmental visits with the doctor (if you give them permission). They have asked questions I wouldn’t even have thought to ask, and if my son is lacking in something or I don’t know how to teach my son something, they help me work on it and help him meet his developmental guidelines. I can tell they really care about my child, he is not just another number. Family Hope Solutions is one-on-one therapy! Let me say that again, EACH CHILD HAS THEIR OWN THERAPIST!!! It’s amazing! And the therapists also help my son interact with other kids. I was told that my son who would usually ignore other kids started parallel playing with kids and participating in circle time (I cried that day). And they are working on social interactions and outings, like going to the store, library and dentist! They know my son inside and out. They can tell when he is not acting like himself and help me learn strategies to preempt temper tantrums and encourage good behavior. They have been angels, especially Ms. Emily (the BCBA), who has been with us and charted our son’s progress since the beginning! I have a job that may take me overseas and I am terrified about not having the amazing team at Family Hope Solutions with me! But I know if that happens they have given me skills and mechanisms to use with my son as he continues to develop into the person that he is. Considering we moved to Fredericksburg to be closer to them, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place and their wonderful ABA therapists! Thank you Family Hope Solutions, for everything!!!
