I am very happy with Therapy Smarts. Our therapist, Ms. Delia is amazing. She is able to connect with our daughter and help her process things that have been going on. I am very thankful to be a patient here. It did not take long to get an appointment which was a huge bonus.

I have never seen a therapy center where every therapist truly gives 110%. Therapy Smarts has been absolutely life-changing for my son. He has been attending for about a year now, and the progress he’s made is incredible. I am beyond grateful for the dedication that CEO Avani has poured into this place—it truly shows in the care and culture. Therapists Hunter, Kiara, Hannah P., Hayden, Hannah R and Lily have all worked with my son, and each one has gone above and beyond. My son genuinely looks forward to his weekly sessions, which speaks volumes. Thank you for not only treating my child with such care, but for treating our family like family. My 6-year-old needed a speech therapist, so after doing thorough research and reading great reviews, I chose Therapy Smarts in Durham. I was genuinely excited for my son’s appointment. When we arrived, the receptionist was on the phone. I assumed once she finished, she would greet us or explain the check-in process. Unfortunately, after ending her call, there was no greeting or acknowledgment at all. I only realized I needed to check in because I noticed the iPad myself. That experience was off-putting and immediately made me reconsider whether this was the right place. A few moments later, Kendall—the speech therapist who evaluated my son—came out, and everything changed. Her warm welcome, positive energy, and patience instantly put both me at ease. She was absolutely wonderful with him, and he felt very comfortable during the session. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Overall, I would recommend Therapy Smarts because of the quality of care and therapists like Kendall. However, I’m giving 3 stars due to the initial front-desk experience. First impressions matter, and a welcoming environment starts at the front desk. In a world that could use more kindness, I hope the receptionist can take a page from Kendall’s approach 😊

We have had a wonderful experience at Therapy Smarts (Chapel Hill Location) . From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a smile, welcoming atmosphere and a team that truly cares. The staff are not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable and patient. My child has been seeing Speech Pathologist Glendaly and we have seen great improvement. He truly loves visiting the office every week, he really looks forward to it 😊. They take the time to understand individual needs and tailor their approach to ensure the best outcomes while also making sure your child has fun. It’s clear that creating a supportive and encouraging environment is a top priority here. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate and effective speech therapy services.
