We’ve had such a wonderful experience working with Taylor. She is incredibly patient, kind, and supportive in every session. Taylor takes the time to explain things clearly, which really helps me understand the techniques and goals we’re working toward. I’ve seen real progress since starting therapy — not just in speech, but in confidence as well. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and wants to see them succeed. I can’t recommend Taylor highly enough!

Two stars because I believe that Theratime has a decent program compared to others in the area. However, they are nearly impossible to work with. We signed an attendance policy. Per policy, we have reached out via phone/email with notice. Unfortunately, there seems to be a problem with communication, because they either forget or never "receive" voicemails. They need to have a full-time secretary, they admit that they do need one. So while they don't, there needs to be a better communication system. I was told by therapist that the attendance policy is different than is actually stated, which is a problem. A good clinic not only needs to have successful therapies, but an efficient front-end. Work on this and your clinic has the potential to be gold. However, we will not be spoken to in a condescending manner for following the WRITTEN attendance policy as best as we can, so we will have to go somewhere else.

Theratime has change our lives. When we were faced with the possibility of a child on the spectrum for autism, we were scared. We read, we watched videos, asked questions - and finally got connected with a check-off-the-boxes-and-just-get-the-job-done OT facility in town. It was a flop. No relationship with my daughter and the lack of professionalism we experienced was incredibly upsetting and dare I say it - offensive! The building was dark and crammed, our appointments got messed up often - my daughter was struggling. Then we were referred to Theratime by a friend… Our first initial screening (just the SCREENING!) with our now beloved OT gal, Sarah, showed that Theratime cared about the WHOLE child! I was blown away just from the screening. Since becoming clients for just under a year as of Sept 2022, our daughter has gone from parallel play and difficulty with emotional regulation to virtually being a completely different child in these areas and more. Our daughter is THRIVING because of Theratime and our sweet friend, Miss Sarah. It means the world to me that my daughter is valued like the spunky and fun girl that she is. I cannot forget how kind the rest of the staff is, from the other OTs to the owner. We are always greeted with smiles, there is ALWAYS joy at the front desk (and fun activities for my other kids while we wait!) - our family does not feel like another number. We look forward to our weekly appointments and cannot thank Theratime enough for their incredible, relational service. HIGHLY recommend! Especially for those parents who are scared about what lies ahead for their special needs child like we were. 💜 Theretime gave us hope and the progress our daughter has made is recognized from so many friends and family! We are deeply grateful!
