I looooove this ABA Therapy. I also love the diversity. NO ONE will feel out of place here. My son has been here since they opened. Two years later & they're just as attentive as they were when he was the only child enrolled. Cortney & the therapists work really hard to ensure they have the best resources available to the kids & families that attend. She noticed one of the ST, from an outside company, wasn't doing well with my son. She referred him to a great ST that could see him right away. Monthly appts to make sure you & therapy are always on the same page. They will also coordinate with 3rd party therapy services to ensure the same. Different apps that make it easier to communicate with the office & checking your child's progress. Daily take home logs & In-depth summaries of our child's progress at pick-up. I recommend TAC to anyone looking for a new, trusted center for their autistic kiddos.

🔴 🔴 IF YOU LOVE YOUR CHILD .. DO NOT COME HERE 🔴 🔴 If I could give zero stars, I would. My family’s experience with Thrive Advanced Care has been the single worst healthcare experience we have ever had, and I feel it’s my responsibility to warn other parents before they risk going through what we did. From day one, the promises they make on their website and in conversations did not match reality. Cortney and several of the staff members came across as completely unprofessional, unqualified, and dismissive. I put my trust in them to provide safe, compassionate therapy for my child — but instead, what I witnessed was neglect, inconsistency, and practices that made me genuinely worry about my child’s emotional well-being. The therapy was not individualized, despite their claims. Sessions felt careless and repetitive, with no clear progress plan. At times, staff seemed more concerned with clocking hours than actually helping. A place that works with vulnerable children should provide the highest level of care — here, it felt like the bare minimum, if that. The administrative side was just as bad. Billing was confusing, insurance was not explained properly, and I was left with surprise costs and no transparency. When I asked for clarity or tried to get my child’s records so I could seek out better care, I was stonewalled and made to feel like I was the problem for asking basic questions. The way concerns are handled is perhaps the worst part. Instead of compassion or accountability, Cortney and the team brushed off every issue I raised. Families like mine go to a place like this in a moment of trust and vulnerability — and instead of being supported, I felt taken advantage of. This was not just disappointing; it was damaging. A clinic that works with children should never operate this way. I regret ever stepping foot into Thrive Advanced Care, and I strongly urge other parents: do not take your child here. There are other providers who will respect your family, care for your child, and actually live up to their promises.

They listened carefully to our concerns and goals for our son and worked tirelessly to help him become more successful in all aspects of life! They also made sure we understood the strategies that they taught him to help make him successful so we could implement them at home and out in the public too! Thanks for changing QN’s life!

Thrive Advanced Care has worked with me and other families to provide excellent in home ABA therapy. This business is an example of integrity and has empathy for the struggles faced by parents of autistic children. This facility's personnel is incredibly kind, compassionate, and treatment-focused. The level of communication from our first consultation till the appropriate therapist was assigned to us is just remarkable. Cortney collaborated with us to make sure we were part of every stage of the process. She provided us with direction and encouragement as we traveled this extraordinary path together. More significantly, she keeps on offering resources and support to make sure that, as a parent, I have all I need to support my child's growth and development.
