Claim your listing! Our family has been with Janine for almost 3 years now. We started when our son was three, wasn’t saying a lot of words, and was just diagnosed with autism. Fast forward to now and our son’s vocabulary is expansive, from not really carrying out conversations to holding long conversations (even negotiations), taking turns during play, getting more aware of people around him. We genuinely believe that Janine had a big role to play in his development. She tuned in to his learning style, put together and regularly updated his specific goals for therapy, and helped us navigate our journey (including supporting us during the difficult IEP processes). He loves to play games and engages in his own way, and she gets down to his level and plays with him. She gives him some control and autonomy but also introduces boundaries. Frankly, seeing her expertly interact with him has taught us a lot in terms of how we as parents should play with him (and also why we have regular family game nights). He mastered a lot of his goals and now Janine has him in a dyad with another kid where they work on social skills, self-advocacy, problem solving and being ok with losing. Since she fully customizes their play dates, the kids have so much fun learning about Pokemon, Minecraft themes. In our son’s journey with its share of ups and downs, Janine has been the strongest (and the kindest) champion for him and our family. She has been a gift to us, and we would recommend her to any other family in a heartbeat.

Janine is an earth angel! We went from not eating/ gagging on all solids at 13 months (July 2025) to eating everything and GRADUATING from therapy at 18 months (December 2025). Five months and a night and day difference for our little guy. He enthusiastically eats everything now and loves to try new foods. Janine was so patient and reassuring during the sessions -- I was really concerned about choking, and she made sure to move at a pace that felt comfortable for me and my son. Her sessions were worth every single penny and I wholeheartedly recommend her if you're looking for feeding or speech therapy. Thank you Janine for changing our lives for the better!

I first came across Janine while searching for a specialist in the area. I emailed her and received a response almost immediately. Later that same day, our children’s dentist also recommended we reach out to her for a lip/tongue tie assessment and therapy. We were able to schedule the initial assessment right away. Janine has been amazing with our son! She made every session fun, engaging, and something he genuinely looked forward to each week. We’re so grateful for her care, dedication, and expertise — we can’t recommend her enough!

Working with Expressive Speech and Feeding was a fantastic experience! Janine is incredibly knowledgeable and helps parents understand the best way to work with their children. We worked with Janine to address our daughter's bottle refusal. She tailored the support to our daughter and family's needs, experience, and comfortability. She supported us throughout the whole process and was responsive to our questions. We highly recommend working with her.
