I am deeply disappointed with Vista Autism Services. My son, who is autistic, was discharged with little to no warning, leaving us scrambling for alternative care. This abrupt decision shows a lack of understanding and compassion for the families they are supposed to support. Throughout our time with Vista, it was clear they struggled with proper staff-to-client ratios, which significantly impacted the quality of care my son received. Instead of providing the tailored support he needed, they failed him entirely. Families trust organizations like Vista to provide a safe and nurturing environment for their children, and unfortunately, they did not uphold that trust. I would not recommend their services to any family seeking reliable and compassionate care for their autistic child.
