Young Mind Center helped diagnose my son with Autism about 2 years ago. The diagnosis, testing, and supporting documents are phenomenal. The paperwork that I submit for him is irrefutable and have opened doors for him to get the support he needs.

The doctor, Amanda Wood, is outstanding! She is very thorough, and though the written report took longer than expected, it was very detailed! My concern is with the front office. I was quoted an estimate of $350 to receive a diagnosis for my young son. It ended up being an additional $700.

My daughter is so lucky to go here! She receives top quality ABA therapy, speech, and occupational therapy! Everyday she is so excited to come to school to see her friends! She does art activities everyday, learns through hands-on science experiments (we now do at home because she loves them so much), and she LOVES playing and exploring in the beautiful environment YMC has created. The team are positive, friendly, and helpful! LOVE LOVE LOVE YMC and what they do for our family and our little girl!

Our family had been grappling with our child’s developmental delay, noticed by our pediatrician. At his recommendation we participated in a state wide program to assess his challenges. Honestly, even with professional and gentle workers we were not prepared or ready. We went into defense mode, thinking this was just a late talker. Not knowing where to turn next we asked the Young Mind Center for a private psychological evaluation. They listened to how concerned we were and took additional steps to schedule our appointment within a 2 week period, everyone else was giving us a 6 month wait. Dr.Youbgbloom gave us an extremely professional evaluation, she was knowledgeable, warm, but firm enough to completely trust her expertise. In all sincerity, her direction had an impact on our sons life in a way that a parent could never repay. Her work opened doors for us to seek out the services needed and start our journey. A great new center dedicated to developing kids of diverse backgrounds and educational needs. The space is well designed, great natural light and open spaces, which is super unique for a preschool environment. Great staff and leadership!

This place is incredible. The moment you walk in the door you can immediately feel how much the staff loves what they do and you can see how happy and engaged the children are. From the tactile decor to the interactive kids garden, it is clear how much thought has gone into each detail. YMC provides such an invaluable resource to our community and I feel grateful to have found them.

Young Mind Center fills a huge need in our community, providing more than just inclusive learning and support for children and families. The Center and its staff are open, welcoming and caring, and offer a sense of home and comfort to all who come through the doors.
