Great team here. The way they work with parents and the customization and flexibility that is given it so helpful. I really feel they prioritize the child and the family above an agenda or program. So thankful we found this place.

My child is saying so many words now in this short amount of time, with her new team, compared to the last 9 years of trying different places. It's right off of I-435 in Overland Park, so very accessible. A lot of people don't know about this place and the age range they go up to. It's nice to know you don't have to transition your child all over the place just because they are getting older. They have a lot of space compared to a lot of other places so that kids can get lots of exercise. They take most insurance including Missouri medicaid and Tricare.

ACI Learning Centers is a remarkable group of people. The staff at all of their locations are highly qualified behavioral analysts. I have had the opportunity over the last 10 years to watch the caring staff a ACI locations interact first hand with their students and families at their annual Autism Friendly Santa events. I am always so impressed with their skills. Children on the spectrum, every year, get to experience the joy of the holidays and a visit and photo with Santa if they want one. That is a precious thing not only for the child but for their parents, siblings and grandparents too. I don't have a child on the spectrum but I can tell you Nancy Champlin, the BCBAs and the entire ACI staff are all remarkably talented people and the difference they make in the lives of kids on the spectrum is undeniable!
