As a clinician, I highly recommend Dr. Jennifer Ossege and her team for your mental healthcare needs. She cares about her community and her clinicians and works hard to serve clients.

I met Jennifer at a work retreat and she was warm, kind, and generous with her vast knowledge and experience. She was genuine and thoughtful in our conversations and clearly cares for her clients. As a colleague, I could not recommend Jennifer as a clinician or a practice owner more.

I worked with Jennifer in a professional setting and appreciated how they showed up. They’re thoughtful, grounded, and bringa lot of heart to their work. From a colleague's perspective, I feel confident recommending this group for therapy services!

This is the best mental health program I have ever been part of! I was particularly impressed with the counselors and therapists- they teach with empathy and offer great insight, but things unfold in a way where clients are empowered to make their own life-changing discoveries. I was also amazed by the connections formed between group members. This is something I have never experienced in the mental health resources I have engaged before. Every human being could benefit from participating in something like this - whether you think you have a problem or not.

I had an incredible experience at Sage Point. Every clinician I worked with was supportive, kind, and genuinely invested in my care. I never once felt unsafe, every interaction and every group felt intentional, contained, and emotionally safe. Caroline is truly amazing and deeply focused on helping clients get the treatment they need to succeed and transition back into their lives outside of Sage Point with confidence and support. I am endlessly grateful for my time there, and it’s an experience I would highly recommend to anyone seeking compassionate, effective care.

From my very first interaction, I felt welcomed by the friendly and supportive atmosphere of this clinic. Elena was warm and inviting, and I immediately felt at ease. I was also pleasantly surprised that my initial consultation was scheduled much sooner than I had anticipated. During my initial intake with Caroline, I truly felt heard and understood. She showed genuine care and a clear willingness to help, which made a meaningful difference for me. My onboarding session with Morgan was equally positive—she was incredibly kind and took the time to clearly explain what to expect and how the sessions are structured. I entered my first session with open arms and no hesitation, as I had been longing to find the help and support I needed. I initially participated five days a week for three hours a day over two weeks, and then transitioned to three days a week for three hours. Throughout the program, every therapist was attentive, compassionate, and supportive. The group members were also kind and open, often sharing their own experiences in ways that helped me feel less alone. Overall, this clinic helped me find a community that is free of judgment and rooted in mutual support and understanding. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking help and support for their mental health.

I was apprehensive at first, group therapy is not common for me . It was the best choice I could have made for myself. The administration staff were so great, timely and always ready to help. The therapists were very welcoming and they ensured everyone had time to speak and share their difficulties. I had issues with insurance and without a second thought, Carolyn had already decided on a solution before I knew it was an problem. I was able to stay 3 more weeks and get the full experience of the program without stress or worry. Izzy's voice will love rent free in my head for a long while. This is how every program should run mental health services; with kindness, dignity, humanity, and a sense of urgency.

Exceptional Mental Health Support - Highly Recommended! I had the best experience at Sage Point. From the moment I joined the program, I felt truly supported and cared for. The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely practice what they teach; they set an excellent example of compassion and understanding. The group room is warm, comforting, and light-filled, and provide snacks , coffee, and tea which makes it feel less like a clinical setting and more like a safe, supportive space. Everyone in the group is respectful, and the rules are clear, reasonable, and help us connect while practicing healthy boundaries. I have learned so much through this program and am extremely grateful I found it. Out of all the mental health programs I’ve attended, Sage Point stands out as the most supportive, compassionate, and effective. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking real care and guidance; they truly make a difference. Thank you to everyone at Sage Point for creating such a positive and nurturing environment!
