Academy ABA

We started Academy ABA about 10 months ago and have had an excellent experience. We started during Covid so I assumed it would be disorganized upon starting but not at all. The staff took the pandemic seriously and made sure the kids had a safe environment to attend daily. My son is honestly a different kid, his team has made amazing progress with him. The staff is very accommodating, polite and I truly believe that they want the absolute best for my child. This is our 3rd ABA clinic so we are not "new" to the process. It is extremely important that you have full trust in the individuals taking care of a child with special needs. I fully trust our team at Academy ABA. My son wakes up every morning excited to go see "his friends" and our family dynamic is thriving as well. I love that my child is getting a one on one education here as well as ABA, Speech and OT. No more driving to 1,000 appts, they do it all in the center and update us daily on the activities/schoolwork they do. If there are any issues that as parents we want to discuss, we have been treated with respect and kindness. The owner is very involved as well which you rarely see in clinics, we appreciate that part. He makes sure the center is running smoothly and that his therapists are top notch. We probably only have a year left at the center which makes us sad but they have him almost ready to go back into a traditional school environment which is HUGE for our family. He actually likes to do schoolwork now and can finally write. We owe that to our team at Academy ABA.

After the 1st week my son is so happy and motivated to get his days started. He is behaving so much better at home. I enjoy how Summer makes him smile and laugh and this warms my heart! I finally feel at peace letting him go during the day. He sleeps well when he gets home. After my son's 2nd week I am a very happy mom still - he grabbed my hand and lunch bag the other day and pushed me out of the house to get in the car to get to school. I love that he is no longer "complaining about the day". Happy and not fussy!

My son went to Children's Therapy Works when he was young. He didn't eat, speak or sleep. After the work the wonderful therapists did, now he can do all of those things and so much more. He is a successful college kid. The amazing job done by all at CTW truly gave my son the chance to be all he could. Thank you!

My son has been a patient here, receiving speech and occupational therapy, since he was 3 years old. He went from a tantrum-prone non-verbal toddler, to talking incessantly with no pause. His vocabulary is now extensive, he just has pronunciation issues. The center has lost a couple great staff members, but quickly replaced them with equally skilled therapists who were able to bond with my son and channel his impulsivity through nurtured interests fairly quickly. They've really made a point to learn him and communicate in a manner that reaches his autistic mind. We really love it here, it's a second family and dire support system!

The office staff and therapists at Children’s Therapy Works are amazing. Our daughter loves coming here to see (her friend) her OT. Her SLP is fantastic, as well. She has helped our daughter make incredible progress! Finally, Ms. Debbie is absolutely amazing! She has made the transition into the therapy world much easier for us regarding insurance, scheduling, etc. We’re so grateful for her dedication and knowledge.
