If I could give negative stars I would. We had a great 6 months with Clarvada/access family services in home therpay then right before Christmas we switched to in school because my son graduated out of in home therpay. Since switching to school therapy only it has been a disaster. My son was suppose to be receiving once a week therapy at school well right before Christmas break his teacher let me know no one was showing up. Then today I received a few messages from his teacher and the school counselor about he has only been seen once maybe twice since 2026 and they went today to pull him in the middle of testing which set him off. There has been no communication with me about his therapy and how he is doing. And come to find out they sent an intern without my permission or my knowledge to see my son today. We all agreed on Mondays at 2pm and come to find out the few times the therapist did go it was on random times and days and really seem to throw my son for a loop and upset my son so he had a rough time the rest of the day. I’m furious and I have called and emailed to let them know we no longer want services. I really wish we did better research before starting services.

When we originally switched to Access it seemed great then about 4 months into it my daughter's therapist went on medical leave and since then we have had a horrible time getting her medication refilled. I have called and called, emailed and still nothing. My 14 y/o daughter is completely out of her medications and still can't get anyone to respond or send in a refill.

Horrible service,doc Cox doesn't take time to read chats of individuals she already has a prejudgements,and doesn't respect the true meaning of folk having mental conditions.... Will hold out on your meds. Who can tell someone verbally how to act that's has a mental condition,wish I could post the video of the her staff being untruthful 🤔,as well as the behavior of doc cox that was very derogatory and careless...you talk through a teleprompter like a person in prison seeing a judge. The mental health care system is falling apart right before for our very eyes, different negative tactics are used to push uneducated folks out the door

Have a very good repur with the therapist but the way they are giving out medicine is so wrong. You have to see a doctor over the internet and then go back to pick up the script which is a waste of my time and the doctors are not really any help.They don't even know what medicine your child takes.
