Run away from this place! The one star is for the lovely therapist I saw. Absolutely zero stars for the front desk and ESPECIALLY billing. Was told incorrect information about insurance coverage on MULTIPLE occasions over several weeks (they informed me they were in network, and all I had was a $10 copay). Meanwhile they were happily billing me out of network the entire time so I wasn’t covered at all! After numerous phone calls with insurance agents and emails with the horrid billing office here… I will now be stuck with an around $600 bill as a young adult just trying to make ends meet. They told me they were not responsible at all for insuring I had correct coverage, but when you tell me I’m covered I’m going to take your word for it… clearly a huge mistake! If someone was told BY YOUR OFFICE they are in network and covered, you should tell them if you are billing them out of network!!! Seems like a greedy money grab to me. They made no effort to make right by their mistake and told me I was still responsible for the ENTIRE balance. Oh wait, they begrudgingly offered me a 3 month payment plan after several emails back and forth. Thanks! So helpful! 🙄 If they knew what they were doing and were honest about my coverage when they ran my insurance, I would have gone somewhere else where I would have been paying only my small copay! The billing office was rude and had absolutely no empathy towards me and my bank account. The horrible communication and incompetence makes this place NOT worth it, which is a bummer because the therapists themselves are nice.

I cannot recommend Keith enough. I always swore I would never feel comfortable with a male therapist but he is so kind and helpful and genuine and the best therapist I’ve ever worked with. All the gals at the front desk are super sweet and helpful too!

Worst company ever. Stay away from them at all cost. Where to start my son had been getting services with them for 10 years. His occupational therapist left. Got the runaround for 4 months was told that they hired somebody for him they were just doing the background check. And she should be ready to go next week. Month later they didn't want to talk to me when I called them they never reached out to me. And no follow up about the background check on the new therapist for him. At one point I heard them talking when they forgot to put the phone on hold that just tell him I am out of the office. When I tried to reach out to them the last time they told me I could not talk to them anymore because I was his stepfather and they apparently don't have the paperwork so I could talk to them. I remember specifically that his mom filled that paperwork out. My wife even left numerous voicemail to have them call us back and never once got a returnn call . Please share this information with other families so they don't have to go through the heartache and disappointment that we went through. To the person editing the reviews I have all these phone conversation and attempts to call you recorded so don't try to back pedal this review . By the looks of the other reviews he's probably still on your case load and you're still billing Medicaid for him.

They bill Medicaid and then turn around and bill the patient for the full amount they are thieves!!!!!!!! Poor staff for billing we've tried to clear it up on five occasions I paid them once before and they're still trying to bill me again.

Its pretty good coming here the receptionist makes u feel welcome & safe, the services r pretty good to except it would be nicer if the Nurse Practitioner-ur med doctor would put refills on ur perscriptions so if u got sick and couldnt go to ur appointment, u wouldnt run out of ur antidepressence then have to go with out them till after u see them on re scheduled appointment which is usually way to long especially if u need them everyday none of my other med doctors did that to me but theyve retired
