I would give it no stars if I could. I have never met such cold hearted individuals that are supposed to be helping children that are autistic and also have special needs. Horrible company.

AccessAbilities is run by a team that genuinely cares about the kids and families they serve. The owner leads with strong values and a clear intention to do what’s right, even when it’s not easy. Like any growing business, they are always working to improve, and it shows in how thoughtful and committed they are to their work. It’s clear their heart is in the right place and the kids truly matter to them.

My son has been attending for about a year now. Since now my services have ended here I’d like to share my experience. A staff member who he was paired with for the day got tired of putting on his shoes so she decided to tie them super tight so he wouldn’t take them off anymore. Leaving marks and bruises on his feet. I called and reported it and yes , said staff member still works there. Next incident, under several staff members watch a WAY MUCH OLDER CHILD (which I was told shouldn't have been around my 7 year old) physically attacked and assaulted my son. Due to long wait list and ABA bein so crucial you may consider them but please don’t. It’s been hard finding the care he needs but this wasnt what I was anticipating. Especially if your child is nonverbal. A lot of very good staff they had quit in the beginning. That should of been red flag #1. “Dedra” also got an attitude and very shortly after ended our services because I decided part time would be best. COULD U BLAME ME ? I couldn’t send him there all day and worry how he’s being treated. Them ending our services because they couldn’t bill my insurance for full time was jus the icing on the cake. Avoid this money hungry ,neglectful, staff abusing place!

I read all these bad reviews about this place and still tried to give them a try despite seeing the reviews. From the start of my experience here it was bad. It went from bad to worst. Hr definitely is confrontational and I agree with another reviewer about how she felt being African-American here. It was definitely an uncomfortable experience . I encountered HR 2 times and both times I felt like I wasn’t the right color or race talking with her or being in her presence. 0 stars out of 10 if I could, would not recommend.

I definitely suggest looking for other options for ABA employment or ABA services for your child. Minimal programming is in for kids, which creates a boring environment for the therapists and slow progress for kids. Also, extremely dirty place. The cleaners are only contracted to clean certain rooms for some reason, so you’ll see black mold in ceiling tiles and cobwebs and dirt everywhere..during a pandemic. Hopefully they’ll address their issues because the employees are friendly and capable.
