Tried to re-enroll my kids at Aspire after previously receiving ABA — slow response, invalid contact info, and told they were "not a clinical fit" despite prior care/diagnoses. Very disappointing.

Nancy wants to keep me away from my kids by believing what ever my ex said. Didn't give me a chance to dispute his therapy. They make him seem to be worse off than he really is. Shame on you!!

I am giving Aspire a single star because that is the level of service received from the intake team. Parents of special needs children have a stress/strain that most will never understand if they don’t have a special needs child of their own. The last thing we need is to be given the run around about services to help our children. Programs are already hard to find, and hard to get into without the additional help of deceit from staff. Waitlist, insurance red tape, and all the other politics that come with getting help for our kiddos is exhausting enough! Especially when time is not on our side! Aspire please revamp your intake process for clear transparent communication with parents as to whether or not you can accept their child. When submitting documents to the insurance company, please be sure it is correct. And please FOLLOW UP with the insurance company if you don’t get a response in the allotted timeframe. Please make potential clients a priority as you do established clients. Don’t waste valuable time of both child and parent. Please and thank you!

Some aba is scary, let’s admit it. We’ve been at aspire for nearly five years and what I love is that the therapy here is built around relationship. I know this is the case because Ava loves to go- and she loves each of her therapists. They take her behaviors in stride- and always see the potential, often when her public school does not. We’re incredibly grateful. A big thanks to Christina, Janice, Danielle, our two Laura’s, and Elizabeth.

I had an amazing experience with the team at Aspire with my son. I highly recommend ABC for all your behavioral andtherapy needs for the little ones. This place is just outstanding and I promise you will enjoy it just as much as my son and I did. Thanks again Aspire and staff!!!
