Claim your listing!I had experience of poor service and commitment at Brett Dinovi. For the first two yeas, they provided great services with great team to support my son. My son’s service was then terminated due to insurance issues. I switched to another insurance that could cover the home services as their recommendation. My son restated the service with Brett for almost 2 years. However, the quality of staffs weren’t as good as the first period. Then the service was terminated again due to insurance matter. I discussed this problem with a VP at Brett, she insisted that if i obtained a commercial insurance, my son wouldn’t be in waitlist and would get the service within 1 month. I have to pay premium for commercial insurance and they told me that there is no staff in my area. How frustrated I am? They may not have any special kids to stay in the same boat as my situation. If i can talk directly to the owner of Brett, i would say how can you build the trust for your business if you ignore/not address the client’s needs?

I would personally never send a child to Brett DiNovi and Associates. My son was at their day camp outside of Philly. My 7 year old son was restrained twice on 7/29/2025. He has never been restrained before. It took two weeks for their VP of PA operations to send me the details of what happened that day. Once I received the report, I spoke with their VP of Operations and VP of compliance. They informed me that the two restraints that my son was involved in were administered without merit and he should never have been restrained. I was told the individual that restrained my son was suspended and would not be allowed to worked with clients unless they went through training again. Never once during the conversation did either say sorry for what happened. From my perspective, it felt like I was inconveniencing them by having an issue with what occurred.

I can say that my 6 years at Brett Dinovi and Associates has been filled with nothing but support and growth. Brett has shown time and time again that family first, unlimited resources, and finding your niche here at Dinovi are all things that are possible!

My experience working at Brett DiNovi & Associates for the last 5 years has taught me that working can actually be enjoyable and fulfilling. For the first time I come to work each day happy to provide life changing services to clients who need them with a group of like minded talent people who push each other and support one another to succeed in every way. By far the best work envy I’ve been apart of to say the least. If you have an issue or concern the company provides many levels of support of people you can contact with your problem and that’s huge in this field of work. I can’t see myself going anywhere else .

After 3 and a half years of service, DiNovi abruptly, without our consent, changed our care provider (ABA CA.) They gave us less than a weeks notice and when I let them know about my huge upset, their attempt to address this with me was a joke to say the least. They offered me an in-person appointment 4 weeks after the change to our services to discuss. If your child, like mine, needs consistent care led by an administrative team who cares about your family, go elsewhere. The BCBA and CA are wonderful to work with and provide impeccable service, but have zero control over the reckless handling of cases at the administrative level. Beware!!!
