I’ve been seeing a provider here for years - one of the most attentive and supportive providers I have ever worked with! She has helped me navigate some significant challenges in my life and I am forever grateful for her care. Sadly, I learned through a friend that this provider has left the practice recently and was able to confirm this through other patients at the practice whom I know. CFFC never called, emailed, or sent mail to me to inform me of my provider leaving the practice (the provider left 2 months ago and I had an appointment with her the week prior to her departure). I find it extremely unprofessional and negligent to not inform patients of this type of change, especially in a mental health care setting. If it weren’t for how much I benefited from the provider I was seeing, I would’ve left the practice years ago, as I find the front office staff to be very standoff-ish and unwelcoming, which is discouraging to patients like myself who are newer to receiving this type of care. I will be looking into other practices whose actions better align with their philosophies for providing care that is centered around the patients they serve.

I have been a patient of Steve's for several years, and I can’t say enough about how knowledgeable, kind, understanding, and down-to-earth he is. He was the first mental health advocate I spoke to, and his approach made such an impact on me. Because of his expertise and genuine care, I have no reason to look for another provider—he is truly one of a kind. Steve has helped me navigate some challenging times and always makes me feel validated in my feelings and thought process. I’m incredibly grateful for his support.

You will not find a more compassionate knowledgeable, caring doctor than Doctor Sipple. He will take the time that is needed with you to meet your needs. You are never a number or rushed out of his office. Never look forward to a Doctor’s appointment. But I do his, because he keeps me well and I trust him with my life. Dr Sipple is amazing, he is a genuine gentleman.

This is dedicated team of staff and doctors who do their best at trying to help people. Everyone is friendly and professional. Shout out to Dr Sipple and Steve Harper who have helped me tremendously on my wellness journey. These guys look at the whole picture and you can tell they truly care about their patients. I have been to several of practices and doctors in this discipline and this is the best around. Thank you Center for Focused Care team

My nurse practitioner, Steve Harper, and the whole team are truly amazing. I feel so lucky to have found this practice. Steve is very thorough, and really takes the time to explain all of the options and approaches for each issue I struggle with. I cannot explain how much it means to me to (finally) have a provider who is authentically "in my corner". I truly can't recommend the Center for Focused Care enough.
