Went here with a loved one who was struggling with panic attacks and anxiety. The staff were all kind, we were seen very quickly and they made sure to help us come up with a care plan and made known the resources available right away to help. Would highly recommend for those seeking immediate care for a mental health crisis.

I was going through a difficult divorce with my husband. We were not communicating as violence was part of our break up story. He (Michael Lawrence Bar-DOB 08/10/1971) was severely violent towards me. We are in Supreme Court in NYC. We have 2 children and I had supervised visits at CPS. The stuff was extremely unprofessional and un empathetic. I was not allowed to speak to my own children in my own language-language they knew. I was not allowed to have my children (7 years old) to sit on my lap. Bettina Thompson LCSW told me that she is « unmoved » by my family plight. Chris Bush LCSW wrote in court records that I am « creepy » I am putting in official professional complaint against agency and these unprofessional people.

An absolute horror show. My daughter had supervised visits with her mother who had abused her. She did not wish to see her mother but the social worker told her no problem and then took her to her mother. The social worker then said my Dana’s rude to her mother, who abused her. When I complained I was told by Ms Chava white that I was harass g them and she put I. The court report that I harassed them. She also put down that the mother is 11 years younger than me ( she is two years younger than me). And that it was court ordered so I had to go. The mother didn’t go to the last sessions and never showed up. That wasn’t I. The report becuayghe report was written earlier before the visit had taken place. Completely unprofessional No regard for children or safety
