Fantastic locally owned clinic that provides highly individualized therapy. As a company they really value making sure their employees are well trained in the most recent research to better serve their families.

I do NOT recommend Children's Autism Center North Location. My son attended for 3 years and we had had nothing but problems.. it's a shame, really. Please take your child to a better facility so you don't lose crucial time that your child needs to become a productive part of society.

My son is coming up on his 3rd birthday and has been attending CAC in Round Rock since August of 2023. Going into ABA therapy was scary because of the mixed reviews about the therapy itself. CAC has been an absolute blessing from the first contact, though. The billing staff are knowledgeable and efficient. The therapists and clinic directors are kind, understanding, and thoughtful. My son’s BCBA, Jenna, is a total rockstar. I could spend the rest of my life talking about all of the great things about CAC and not get to them all. My son LOVES going to CAC every day. He is excited to go in and is happy as a clam when we pick him up. I cannot recommend CAC enough!

We were with CAC for 5 years, and i don’t think there would have been a place better for my son. they truly helped us through so very rough times- walked us through EVERYTHING. we had no idea what autism was until my son was diagnosed. when the time came for ABA i was so lost and confused, but CAC was a Godsend. they helped us through every step of the way with insurance and then they grew to love my son. we will greatly miss seeing them every week but we could never thank them enough for what they did for my son and personally, for me as a mom just trying to make sure my son had all that he needed.

I owe so much to this therapy service. The staff is so nice and caring. They have shown a great interest in my daughter’s well-being. They are very excited to work with her and my daughter loves them so much! She is always so happy when we pull up into the driveway, she loves coming to school! Her analyst schedules regular meetings to keep me updated on her progress and upcoming goals. We have had an amazing experience all around. They do have different therapists sometimes but turnover is normal in any job. Also, it has taught my daughter how to be around different/new people and still be ok.

CAC has been so amazing with our son and we have seen so much progress in the 5 months that he has attended. If you suspect your child is autistic, give them a call to start the screening process. Many parents don't know where to start and CAC made it so easy for us to navigate with our insurance company. Our son loves going to "school" and he has felt comfortable with all of his analysts. We are in constant communication with his team and able to communicate any concerns freely and know that they are being heard. My only complaint is that billing has sent us incorrect invoices that we find out are incorrect after we've already paid. So we've had a few surprise balances after we had already budgeted the original amount.
