Update: Arielle, the founder and owner (and my former therapist) recently reached out to me and acknowledged that the termination of my therapy was another trauma for me and that we could have discontinued our sessions in a more productive way.

Insane pricing for sessions and crisis calls. They also use Google forms to store payment methods which is very insecure. Pretty sure the 1 star review got changed only because it would hurt Collaborative Care's image.
