My Recess Therapy is the best therapy group in the area! The facilities are very clean and bulit with fun and sensory input in mind. Ms. Sam is absolutely incredible! We waited for months for her to become our SLP due to her training and specialty in Gestalt Language Processing. Not only does she bring a deep and usable understanding of GLP principles to her sessions, but she brings fun, flexibility and ingenuity as well! She is always pivoting to new strategies to find what works best and is very patient with our daughter who needs more processing time. She provides meaningful and impactful feedback that is making a true difference in our daughter's life. Ms. Sam is a gem among SLPs and deserves great recognition for her skills. We have worked with many SLPs over the years and Ms. Sam is miles above the rest!

My recess is amazing…the play/occupational therapists all care so much about the child. my child has made a lot of progress in a fairly short time and loves it there. even the waiting area is great-with s play kitchen and other fun things. i could not recommend this place enough!

We have had such a great experience at My Recess Therapy. Getting scheduled and all of the intake was very easy. Sarah, my son’s OT, is amazing. She is kind, patient, and most importantly neurodiversity affirming. She clearly loves what she does and supports him being himself while working on their goals. The location is amazing with so much opportunity for sensory input and movement!

My 2.5 year old son has been seeing Ms. Sam for a few months now for speech and has been making great progress. He loves seeing her every Friday and shuts the door in our face when he goes in with her. She comes out after every session, provides an update and gives us a few things to work on for the week. She is kind, patient and has been a great teacher for my son. Mindy in the office has also been great. She walked me through the initial paperwork and was very responsive in getting started with therapy. I highly recommend My Recess for children’s therapy needs.
