On my appt they said that my son was not booked. Gave me another appointment and they never followed up she said that it would take her 1 week it’s been 4 already. Terrible place. The receptionist from the other location did not want to work.

Took my daughter to check the place out. Lady behind the window acted like she didn't even want us there. Kept saying it would be a month before we could get scheduled. I didn't even tell her the referral was good for 50 visits and would be a post op. She was a horrible representative of the business so we left IMMEDIATELY!

Worst ABA therapy services, they don't have experience, they don't call you 24 hours before cancellations. My kids had a big regression after 2 weeks of therapy. Procedures are bad and bcba was not on supervision.
