Alan at Advanced Psychiatry is always so helpful and mindful. He adds quality by being especially interested in my current state and needs. It's nice to get that kind of sympathy from the staff above and beyond the psychiatrists. Sarah Reed, my care provider has been there for me, truly thru thick and thin. she's responsive, she holds no ego to hear my ideas as I'm keen to offer my own research and ideas as to the path of my care. I feel cared for at Advanced Psychiatry Associates and considering what they do that is truly part of the care and resolution. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! ⭐🙏

Glen was awesome on the phone with me...I was at work so I was outdoors near cars going by so hearing was difficult but he had patience with me even though I asked him to repeat himself multiple times he still kept cool, calm and collected, and was able to assisted me with everything that I needed including getting an appointment made and booked fir the Dr that I requested.! Give em' a raise lol

I was highly impressed by the speed and efficiency of Advanced Psychiatry Associates' intake process. My referral was submitted less than an hour before I received the initial phone call from their office, which was an unexpectedly quick response. When I returned the call, I was pleasantly surprised that Alex Mathews answered directly, rather than going to voicemail. Mr. Mathews provided clear, precise, and detailed instructions regarding the required new patient paperwork that needs to be completed and returned prior to my appointment. Securing an appointment within just a couple of days of the referral is exceptional. This level of responsiveness suggests a strong commitment to patient service. I am scheduled for my first appointment soon and will provide an updated review afterward. I am hopeful that the initial momentum and high level of customer service established by Alex Mathews will continue and meet my expectations during the upcoming visit.
