Please stay away from this organization if your child or family member receives services for community navigator . These people don't try to help families that has a NEED . They help whom they want to help . Me and my family felt so left out and like speechless because NO kind of effort was given.

I have never been a person to write reviews no matter how bad the experience. Easter Seals came highly recommended for a AT evaluation for my daughter. We needed this evaluation really bad and had previously tried several places in our hometown that we felt were not going to give us the comprehensive evaluation we needed. They absolutely refused services and could not give a reason why. So after weeks of trying they finally emailed me a list of other providers. They also refused to respond to emails and completely lacked the communication skills needed for a professional establishment. I could not believe how we were treated and I would never recommend this place to anyone.
