My child has been attending Chapple health therapies for coming up on a year. The improvement I have seen in her speech, emotional regulation, and self advocacy has been phenomenal. I am overly grateful for her team!

“Long Review Alert” My son has been receiving ABA services from Chapple House Therapies since May 2023. I attended their open house in April and I knew then that this center would be a great fit for my son. As soon as we entered the center my son immediately made himself comfortable (this rarely happens). The staff were very warm and inviting. They answered any and all questions I had. Even with the center being crowded Chapple House staff never once made me feel rushed or like I was pestering them. You only get one chance to make a great first impression and Chapple House definitely knocked theirs out of the park with our first encounter. We had an IEP meeting with my son's school at the end of the school year to discuss his progress, goals, etc. Ms. Elizabeth attended that meeting with me. She arrived at school early and was ready to take notes. During the entire meeting I watched her take notes on her iPad while informing the staff about the different focus areas that will be targeted during the summer. When we got on the topic of specials (art, music, gym and STEM) Ms. Elizabeth inquired about my son’s classroom participation. She asked “What is he doing in class?" "Is he actively participating in class or is he just there? Is he getting anything out of it?” I was stunned by those lines of questions. As a parent, I had never considered asking questions along those lines. I could tell that the school had never thought to ask their staff those more extensive question either. Once again I knew I had made the right choice. Not only did I know this was a good fit for my son but his school staff knew as well. I had a close working relationship with his then Assistant Principal and even she was excited about him starting services with Chapple House Therapies. I have seen a tremendous amount of growth in my son since he started. We started off with in-clinic services to help my son contain his impulsive and attention-seeking behaviors. For the first two weeks of therapy my son decided to be a rebel without a cause lol. I believe he was just testing the waters to see what he could and could not get away with. You know the typical kid behavior. During that time the staff remained patient and just kept reminding him to make good choices. We were able to partner together and create a plan that would ensure his success in acting appropriately in public and private settings. Within a month I had a completely different child. Whenever he started to feel overwhelmed, he would begin to calm himself. He became very expressive of his emotions and feelings. Whenever he felt overwhelmed or needed a break he would simply ask “Mom, can you leave me alone for a minute?, I need sometime to myself.” Now when he first said that to me all I could do was look at him like "who are you sir" lol. What I wasn’t expecting was for him to ask me “why you looking at me like that?" Once we transitioned back into school there was even more growth. At the beginning there was a slight regression with my son. He had a new teacher as well as new classmates that he had to get accustomed to. However, his RBT TJ was right there to help redirect him and get him back focused on the task ahead. He is learning to give people their personal space, he is even more social. He is responsible for taking attendance and lunch counts to the main office. He is able to do this by himself which is huge considering my son used to run up and down the hallway and sometimes run out of school. We have seen drastic growth in his academics this year. He’s starting to read and his math skills have greatly improved! I am extremely proud of his growth. I can’t wait to see what the future holds. I am very satisfied with Chapple House Therapies. The staff is amazing. Whenever I have questions, comments or concerns they are always more than willing to listen and formulate an action plan. I can’t thank them enough for what they have done for my son. I am forever grateful!

They have worked with my son for a long time and they are very compassionate and very caring about their clients, my son has improved so much with them very grateful with everything that they have done with my child. They are very professional and if I call with any concerns right away with any behaviors my son has had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. ☺️

Onboarding was a nightmare. The place is completely disorganized. No clear communication until: a sudden discontinuation of services email on a Sunday for us not committing to enough weekly hours. No communication to me about that beforehand. This was a waste of my time when I could have been seeking services elsewhere. It is unfortunate, the two people who worked with my child directly were lovely. But, like many things, management is a major issue
