I can't speak to the other services, but the intellectual disability & autism services are top notch at ECCM. They have a lot of knowledgeable people and they hire locally so you'll have a caseworker in your area familiar with local resources. They do a lot of contracting with the county, but many counties are overwhelmed with too many people. ECCM has the staff to give the cases they receive the attention they deserve. Couldn't be happier! :)

I was officially diagnosed with level 2 ASD (semi-severe autism) and eventually was asked to pick a company. I picked ECCM and it was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I was with ECCM for over 5 months and they did absolutely nothing to help me. My Supports Coordinator just told me to ask my mom for help with anything I needed. That was her answer for everything. I literally cried and begged her to find someone to help me every time we spoke. My mom and I had a meeting with her where we explained that my mom isn't able to help me anymore than she has. We both said to her face, "Stop telling my mom to do your job. If she could she would have." Come to find out in the report she wrote "Ethan's mother will continue to be coordinating his supports." Straight up lied on her paperwork. She did literally nothing to help me in any way whatsoever. I had her reassign me to a local support group then she ghosted me. I haven't heard anything from her or the new company and now I've lost my insurance, still haven't received any professional help, and am exactly where I started. Having a diagnosis didn't help me in any way. None of this will matter so I won't bother expecting any helpful reply. Give me all that time back you wasted ECCM!

Some the employees are terrible bout with helping the homeless find housing I would like to add names but there 2 specific female employees that don't answer your calls one of them keep her mailbox full so I can'teave any messages another one I met while she was employed with community shelter services and she went to ECCM and gave me the same cold shoulder the male supervisor of these 3 employees don't answer your calls either the up side of it there is one male employee I was dealing with and he did what he could to help so appreciate that the other 2 female employees n the male supervisor thanks for nothing
