My baby is receiving services with them and I'm Grateful we got answers. It's sad to say, I put trust in other places that obviously failed to provide the real therapy my daughter should had received. Thank you Foundations Therapy.

My daughter has seen many therapists over the years and Foundations has been the most knowledgeable and the most caring! I see in the staff a real desire to set her up to be as successful as possible! 10/10 recommend

I was treated with the upmost disrespect, I spoke with Amanda Don. Was referred by my daughter’s pediatrician and was never contacted to set up a patient chart and when I called it ask about it she was extremely unprofessional. When asked what hours of operation/times they see patients she responded with “ you’ll get whatever times we give you, there’s a waitlist.”. Which ok fine waitlist whatever, I’m pretty sure that’s every occupation therapy establishment but still was never contacted to fill out new patients paperwork or anything. We will gladly join a waitlist somewhere else that treats people with respect and professionalism. The way I was spoked to was definitely not the way you treat parents who are reaching out to get help for their child, IMO you should greet the parents and patients with a warm and welcoming conversation and enrollment process not the conversation I had with Amanda Don.

My children loved Foundations Therapy and made so much progress in just a few months! This is a family owned and operated business, all of the staff are very personable and invest all of their time and talents into your children!! Highly recommend!!
