My daughter and I did not have great experiences with one of their therapists. Therapy was more like gossip sessions. I do not recommend.

If I could give a 0 star. I have made my appointments with Serena and unfortunately, her scheduler is not doing her job. I have only had a chance to see her once because of this. Last week I the office in Shawnee and the receptionist asked me after 10 minutes waiting past my appointment who I was seeing. I told her Serena. She mentioned she was in court and not coming in. I told her I had made appointment with Isabela stating the appointment was for July 7. I even had to show them my phone showing the messages because they apparently had me on the 14th instead. I mean how toxic can they be for you to have to show them they made a mistake. I voice my complaint I couldn't do the 14 because I already had an appointment on that day but then I rearrange my schedule. I decide today before heading to my appointment to confirm with Isabella that I am on the schedule for today and she tells me no. She is not in the office. I don't think its worth the headache to reschedule if the person is not even going to do anything.

They do not care about helping with mental health. I was seen for 5 sessions then started getting cancelled appointments sometimes an hour before my appointment. When I asked about switching therapists I have not heard a thing from them. I do not recommend this place at all.
