I just have to brag on the scheduling team, the RBTs, and BCBAs for a min! They are AMAZING!!!! They go above and beyond to get my children comfortable with them and interacting. We tried headstart last year before their diagnosis and my son was by himself all the time and would have the worst meltdowns ever when i would drop him off. When he started GBE we had meltdowns only the first week. Yes only ONE WEEK and he was comfortable and EXCITED yesssss EXCITED about going. My daughter was non verbal when she started in June and she now says 2/3 word mands!! I am the biggest critique ever when it comes to my children so when i say this place is AMAZING i truly mean it!!!

Cookeville office: The RBTs are great, but the admin staff is disappointing. Communication is very minimal, feels almost nonexistent. Can’t get a hold of anybody in the office, and billing hangs up on every time I try to call.

For some reason the Nashville clinic is giving me run around and act as if they didn’t know my son should have been put on a schedule to start aba , same happened in the past with my daughter

This GBE Alliance ABA therapy place is awesome! My son Benji has been going here for a year and I've seen sooo much progress! He is non verbal ASD and has a learning disability but everyone has worked really great with him ! I love all the staff that works there, they are always greeting, friendly and very patient. They keep it clean as well and work so well with the kiddos! I love Sarah,Amber, Amberly, Tevin ! Benjamin loves them very much too !!! ❤️❤️❤️
