Guidance Center of Lea County

If you work in the behavioral field, I strongly recommend avoiding the Guidance Center. The cultural atmosphere there leaves much to be desired, and the overall work environment does not foster a genuine commitment to serving others.

Employees dislike their jobs, clearly. I believe this center their low standards are due to the lack of competition in the area, so both employees and patients suffer in here

They are professional, friendly, and good at what they do. Before we started with tree top our daughter had multiple meltdowns and many other things now little to none due to help with her communication.
