Claim your listing! The process from the start of the evaluation until the diagnosis was impressive! Very friendly staff and always returned calls. Dr. Souder was AMAZING! She explained everything to me and actually got my granddaughter to open up with someone other than myself! She calls Dr. Souder her “friend”. Sorry, my last names listed wrong on Google. It’s “Dehart”

They truly care for the children, the kiddos loved it here, you can tell because there is no screaming in the drop off line, is very smooth and organized, My daughter has made a lot of progress since she's been here, and she's always happy to come to the center . For me is by far the best ABA service in town and the fact that the children are able to also receive OT and Speech Therapy for me is a plus I would give them 10 stars if I Could.

My son has been at Hopebridge for a year and will be graduating in 6 months. He started non-verbal and now he says all sorts of words and they've been helping us with potty training which has been easier than thought. The staff is very supportive, everyone is so nice and you can tell they genuinely care for our special littles.

I toured this place and did NOT get a great impression. The classrooms seemed crammed together, the staff seemed disorganized. The only thing this place was worried about was how they would be compensated through insurance. The BCBA/child is completely over ratio and the facility is run like a corporate business, not like one that cares to put your child’s needs first. I have since come into contact with previous workers and friends that have given this place a try and I would SERIOUSLY stay clear or do your research. The needs of the child are neglected. The care of children ESPECIALLY with special needs should not be taken lightly. Very unprofessional environment. They should honestly be disappointed and look for a reform. STANDARDS, MORALS and INTEGRITY.

I previously wrote a review about Hopebridge, and I voiced my concern about the long wait to get enrolled. Well, we did start ABA services in Oct. 2018. Since then we have become familiar with the staff and the program. I must report that the staff are wonderful. They are patient and loving toward the kids. (Even when my daughter had meltdowns, kicking and biting, they worked through it.) They are always keeping me up to date about her progress. And I am amazed everyday with the progress she is making. They are always very welcoming and loving. The Hopebridge staff are the BEST!!! I would recommend Hopebridge to anyone who has a child with Autism. Many praises to the staff, Beth K., Martin, Mallory, Gwen, Jamie, Taylor and Tracy. Thank you for all the love you have show us.
