My autistic son has been attending ABA therapy here for years. We love Cheyenne Rush! She is wonderful with my son, she takes her time with him, she is crucial to my son’s growth & future. Heartfelt isn’t like the aba therapy you think you know, I encourage you to stop by and see for yourself. Cheyenne is compassionate about her job, and my son. She has been so helpful in our journey. We look forward to continuing therapy at heartfelt. We can’t change the world for our babies, but we can make it a little easier for them to navigate when we’re no longer here to help them. I just want my son to be able to live his life to the fullest 🫶🏼🥰

My wife contacted Heartfelt Solutions, suspecting she was on the Autism Spectrum. She contacted them originally in January, and they ended up testing her at the end of March. She was evaluated by a robotic, absolutely wooden guy, with several letters after his name, but certainly not a psychologist or a psychiatrist. He assured her that it would take 8 weeks to analyze the results of her test. She got the results on Friday, June 10th, 12 weeks after the completion of her testing. At 10 weeks in, my wife called and was told they were discussing her results, and they would have her findings by 2:00, but at 3:00 that day, my wife called and left a message asking for an update, but heard NOTHING back. So we drove over there, hoping to get an answer, but at 3:30, THERE WAS NO ONE THERE! You would think we would have been called and told there was a delay, and that her results would be ready in a day or so ... but nothing. All through this process, the have steadfastly refused to answer a ringing phone, or to return a message. This place has the worst customer service since I have ever experienced. Since there are only two reviews for this place, I'm sure not many people take this into consideration. I am only praying that anyone considering this inept group of charletons will look at these reviews before calling them (which will yield a recording, at which time you will be prompted to leave a message, which will NOT be returned.)
