Do not go here!!!!! I tried this place for anxiety and depression however my depression was overlooked and they tried “fixing” my anxiety. On top of that, I was charged late fees for every appointment despite being there early each time. I was also unable to access or open an account to cancel my appointments because nobody would ever answer the phone. I genuinely would rather have to deal with crippling anxiety for the rest of my life than deal with this place again.

My appointment was originally set for 11:40 today. Which I have the confirmation for it attached. When I arrived I was told it was 11:20 and I may have to reschedule. Luckily I was able to get in. I’m not sure why the time was changed without my consent or acknowledgment. The front desk made me feel that I was at fault for not making the Appointment on time. I try to tell them that i know it was scheduled for 11:40 and he kept telling me I was wrong. It wasn’t until after my appointment I was able to confirm that I was correct. Brittany Williams is Amazing and so easy to talk to!!!
