Anna is a very gifted therapist. She listens, empathizes, and gives goal-oriented objectives. She listens without judging, and she gives guidance even if it is not what you want to do. However, her advice is always in your best interest. The way to grow is stepping outside of our comfort zones, and trying new techniques. Anne gives you those tools to help achieve inner peace and happiness. She is very soothing to talk to, and she is a real person with real life experiences. Will continue seeing Anna for as long as she will see us.
