We were very disappointed with the OT services. The sessions didn’t seem effective, and we didn’t see any real progress. There was very little guidance on what to do at home, which made it hard to follow through. We have now switched to a new clinic, and it’s clear how different and effective an experienced OT can be.

My daughter sees both Ms Kat for PT and Ms Elizabeth for OT. Both are excellent, caring and truly amazing!! They both explain things so well, and my daughter has so much fun with them! Truly amazing people!

My four year old has been attending OT sessions with Ms. Renata for a few months now and we have seen amazing progress. She is able to dress herself and has worked through several sensory aversions. Mr. Jay has made the scheduling process seamless and cares about the patients and their parents.

Little Steps has been an absolute blessing to my family! Everyone is kind, the building is clean, and my children feel comfortable. For the first time my son has been able to climb at the park, and while that may sound like an everyday kid that it is a huge step for my son. He was finally able to go play with his twin without my help. I had tears in my eyes and love the support that we have received at Little Steps in Arlington Heights! Special shout out to Miss Ewa and Miss Elaina!

Emily is an amazing physical therapist!!! My daughter was 4 months at the first meeting with her. When my daughter begun seeing Emily she had a torticollis. Our physical therapist, was wonderful and warm and I so that exercises were working from first meeting. My daughter is now full-on walking, squatting, and climbing and I see her physical activity is advanced. We are so grateful to Emily for her hard work, empathy, and care. I had some other visits with different pediatricians and physical therapists in Lurie Children but Emily in Little Steps is the best from the best I would highly recommend Little Steps to anyone.
